If approved, your acceptance of a position as a head coach is also your agreement that you and your coaching staff will abide
by the NGFL, Inc. Rules and Regulations, and principles of good sportsmanship and conduct. It is understood that
violation(s) of these may result in suspension from coaching in the NGFL, Inc. The decision(s) of the NGFL, Inc. Board of
Directors will be final with no further appeal rights afforded the violator.

and I agree to waive any claim, action or cause of action against the NGFL, Inc. or its directors and hereby release the
NGFL, Inc. and its directors from a claim, action or cause of action in anyway related thereto.
